Referral Rewards Program

Program Overview:

• The Referral Rewards Program incentivizes customers and individuals to refer potential customers to Valley Mobile Hose and Fittings LTD.

• Referrers who successfully refer a new customer can receive a 5% commission on the first sale, up to a maximum reward value of $50.

• Rewards will be provided as prize money in the form of an e-transfer or a gift card of equal value.

Eligibility:

• Any existing customer of Valley Mobile Hose and Fittings LTD or individuals with knowledge of potential customers can participate.

• Referrers must be of legal age and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Referral Process:

• Referrers should provide the contact information of potential customers to Valley Mobile Hose and Fittings LTD.

• Referrals can be submitted through the website's "Get in Touch" contact form, email, or by contacting the sales team directly.

Reward Distribution:

• After validation by Valley Mobile Hose and Fittings LTD, referrers become eligible for a 5% commission on the first sale made by the referred customer, up to $50.

• Rewards are calculated based on the total purchase value of materials before discounts, returns, or refunds.

• Labor and delivery fees are excluded from reward calculations.

• Prize money is sent to eligible referrers within the first week of the starting month following a 30-day term from the original sale.

• Prize money is provided as an e-transfer or a gift card of equal value.

Program Guidelines:

• The 30-day term ensures sales completion and accurate reward calculations.

• Valley Mobile Hose and Fittings LTD can extend the term to accommodate all payouts.

• Referrers may refer multiple individuals or businesses, receiving rewards for each successful referral.

• Referrals from employees or affiliates of Valley Mobile Hose and Fittings LTD are not eligible.

• The Referral Rewards Program cannot be combined with the Commission Sales Representative program, or the Loyalty Program offered by Valley Mobile Hose and Fittings LTD. Referrers must choose to participate in either the Referral Rewards Program or one of the other programs, but not both simultaneously.

Compliance:

• Referrers must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including privacy, data protection, and anti-spam laws.

• Fraudulent, unethical, or deceptive practices when referring potential customers are prohibited.
